Individual User

The individual-user is made for people who are not affiliated with any school or organization but want to test their color vision online. The single-user is also for parents who want their children tested for a color vision deficiency. The individual-user is the most simplistic platform we have and is very self-explanatory. After creating a user, the single-users choose which test they want to take, take the test, and get their results.

Corporate User

The corporate user is made for schools, hospitals, optometry/ophthalmology offices, and other organizations that want to test their students, employees, or customers for color vision deficiencies. There are two ways to use the multi-user platform: First, employers and schools can test their employees and students. Second, organizations (optometrists/ophthalmologists offices, glasses stores, etc) can charge customers to test for color vision deficiencies and use TestingColorVision.com as a new revenue stream for their organization.

Below is a list of tools that are available in the corporate-user platform to make testing multiple people as easy as possible:

Add User

The administrator can create a user by either creating them a login and password or entering the test-takers email. If an email is entered, then a test key will be emailed to the test-taker. If a login and password is created, the administrator needs to inform the test-taker about his/her login information.

Bulk Add

Bulk add is used to add multiple test-takers at once. The administrator enters multiple emails into the platform and the test-takers will receive a test key via email. This allows test-takers to take the test from anywhere that they can connect to their email. Bulk add also allows the administrator to take a list of emails from a spreadsheet that allows the "copy and paste" function and enter them immediately.

Take Test Immediately

Once an administrator logs in, a user can click on "Take Test Immediately" instead of the administrator creating a user for each and every test-taker. After clicking on "Take Test Immediately", the users will type in their personal information (Name and birthday) and take the test. All of the information is then saved as a new user with their test results.
